Who We Are
FaithStand is operated by Love Your Neighbor LLC, a limited liability company based in New Hampshire.

Our Products
FaithStand sells digital, downloadable faith-based resources, including guides, workbooks, and activity materials for adults, families, and children. Our digital products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Our physical products are delivered via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carrier.

Products designed for children are intended to be used together with a parent or guardian. They are marketed to, and purchased by, adults on behalf of their families.

License to Use
When you purchase a FaithStand digital product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use that product for your own personal or family use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish our products, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Refund Policy
Since digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on them. That said, we understand that occasionally something goes wrong — a duplicate charge, a technical delivery issue, or another unusual circumstance. In such cases, we may issue account credit at our discretion. If you believe something went wrong with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we'll take a look.

Physical products may be returned within 30 days for full refund, minus a restocking fee. Products must be returned undamaged.

Download Access
Digital downloads are made available through secure, time-limited links. If your download link has expired or reached its use limit, contact us and we'll help you get access to what you purchased.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FaithStand's site or products to violate any law, infringe on anyone's rights, or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.

FaithStand's resources are provided for encouragement, education, and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithStand and Love Your Neighbor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
